A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• All jewellery is handcrafted in small batches, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped. I’ll always do my best to get it to you sooner and will keep you updated along the way.
• Once your order is shipped, I’ll send you an email with a tracking number.
• If you have any special delivery instructions, let me know when placing your order — I’ll do my best to accommodate them.

Returns & Refunds

I truly hope you love your handmade jewellery, but if something’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know:

• You can return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The jewellery must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless there’s a fault with the product.
• If you'd like to make a return, please email me at hello@mahrodrigues.com with the reason for your return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes:

• Since each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations are normal — they’re part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade jewellery.
• If there’s a defect or error on my part, please reach out, and I’ll make it right.
